SCHOOL PICTURES REMINDER

This is just a quick reminder that school pictures will be taken this week TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6! Everyone in our ECSE program will get their picture taken for the yearbook.  If you plan to purchase a picture package, please make sure to send in the envelope with your picture choices clearly marked and with the payment included in it.  Don’t forget to remind your child to bring their bright smiles with them to school on their picture day!

Halloween Fun in ECSE

On Wednesday, October 31, we will be celebrating the Halloween holiday in our ECSE classes with Halloween themed activities, snacks, and songs.  We will also be parading through the school.  Our students are encouraged to wear their costumes to school on this day to help make the celebration even more fun.  If you choose to have your child wear a costume, please make sure to have the costume on your child when he/she arrives because we will not have time to put it on during class.  Also, please make sure that the costume is not scary and will not cause problems for your child to participate in class activities.  Parents are welcome to join us at the end of the day (11:00 in the a.m. and 3:00 in the p.m.)

Number Show and Tell

Tomorrow is “Number Show and Tell” day in the ECSE classes!  In your child’s notebook, you will find a paper bag with a number written on it.  Please help your child to identify the number on the bag and together you can look around your home for the corresponding amount of small objects to put in the bag and bring to school.  Your child will then bring the items back home after the school day is complete.  Thanks for your help with this fun class activity!
